Български: Конституция на Република България, приета от VІІ Велико народно събрание с приложени подписи на народните представители. Оригинал. Машинопис, ръкопис.
Кафява изкуствена кожена подвързия с размер 22/30 cm; надпис на корицата: „VІІ Велико народно събрание, КОНСТИТУЦИЯ НА РЕПУБЛИКА БЪЛГАРИЯ, 12 юли 1991 г.“ От л. 1 до л. 62 – текст на конституцията, като на л. 1 има оригинален подпис на председателя на ВНС акад. Николай Тодоров. От л. 63 до 129 са разграфени и написани трите имена на народните представители и изборните им райони – машинопис, а под всяко име ръкописно са изписани имената и подписите на 361 народни представители, подписали Конституцията, имената на 39 народни представители, които не са подписали, и на 7 народни представители, които са подписали с „ОМ“ по отделни членове и алинеи от нея.
English: Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria. The Constitution was adopted on 12 July 1991 by the 7th Grand National Assembly of Bulgaria, and defines the country as a unitary parliamentary republic.
