Description
English: NASA's 2021 astronaut candidate class reported for duty on Mon., Jan. 10, 2022. In a ceremony the same day, the civilian candidates, who have not already done so as part of their military experience, were sworn in an U.S. government employees. This kicks off two years of training that includes operating and maintaining the International Space Station's complex systems, training for spacewalks, developing complex robotics skills, safely operating a T-38 training jet, and language skills.
