Summary

Description
English: Lower part of the half-length (4 m) version of the HEAT booster (Hybrid Exo Atmospheric Transporter). The lower part contains the combined combustion chamber and fuel compartment (paraffin wax). The graphite nozzle is not veerable. The half-length HEAT is expected to launch a crash test dummy to 40 km altitude in June 2010. The full-length HEAT should be able to send one person up in space in a parabolic flight. The supersonic wedged fins are not yet fitted. The person in the orange overall is Peter Madsen.
