Summary

DescriptionSTS-107 launchpad circled.jpg	English: Space Shuttle Columbia on the Kennedy Space Center Launch Complex 39A for STS-107. The foam that would fall off during launch and the location that was damaged by the foam are circled in accordance with the image in the Columbia Accident Investigation Board report.
