English: A memorial plaque given by NASA to Gemini and Apollo astronaut Thomas P. Stafford for the 25th anniversary of the first lunar landing by Apollo 11 on July 20, 1969. The plaque holds a flag commemorating the anniversary which flew aboard the Space Shuttle Columbia during its STS-65 mission from July 9 to July 24, 1994. Displayed at the Stafford Air & Space Museum, Weatherford, Oklahoma, U.S. The museum was named for Stafford, a native of Weatherford.
