English: The tea time tradition in Mauritania is special by tow things :
1-The way they prepare it in traditional kettle on coal-fire. 2-The way they pour it in glasses from a high of one foot or more so that creates a frothy head on it. Also it is a sign of hospitality wherever and whenever you are they offer you tea.
