Description
English: Guided Missile Frigate USS Reuben James (FFG 57) sailors and Brunei Ports Department personnel pass mooring lines to bring the ship pier side. Reuben James is in Brunei to participate in the 18th annual Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training exercise between the U.S. Navy and Royal Brunei armed forces. CARAT is a series of bilateral military exercises between the U.S. Navy and the armed forces of Bangladesh, Brunei, Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Brunei and Timor Leste that takes place annually.
